Day 1:
Morning: Introduction to sport climbing fundamentals, including route reading, clipping techniques, and lead belaying.
On the Rock: Practice lead belaying, clipping, and movement on lead with coaching on technique and safety.
Afternoon: Focus on building confidence with lead falls and safety checks for a secure climbing experience.
Day 2:
Morning: Review skills from Day 1, focusing on efficient climbing and belaying techniques.
On the Rock: Advanced practice with route planning, assessing bolt placements, and managing falls under controlled conditions.
Afternoon: Final mock leads, incorporating all techniques learned, followed by feedback from your guide to reinforce skills and prepare for independent climbing.

Not Included: Personal climbing gear (e.g., harness, shoes, helmet), food, water, and transportation to the crag

The two-day format gives you a solid foundation in lead climbing by allowing more time to practice and refine your techniques, improving confidence and skill retention. With additional hands-on experience, you’ll leave the course prepared to lead climb safely and independently on sport routes.
