Morning:
Introduction to glacier travel, rope systems, and equipment overview
Basic knots and anchor setups for crevasse rescue
Introduction to pulley systems and hauling techniques for rescuing a climber from a crevasse
Afternoon:
Hands-on practice with simulated crevasse rescues
Techniques for self-rescue and assisted rescue using Z-pulley systems
Wrap-up discussion on key takeaways and preparation for Day 2 (if applicable)
